Your step-by-step guide to Agorize
Set up your participant profile, access your programme space and stay connected throughout the Acceleration phase.
Before you startYou are joining as an individual participant. Have your full name, a short business description and, if available, your business logo or a cover image ready.

Create your account
Enter your details, set a password, and click Next. Use an email address you check regularly for programme notifications.
Note:Already have an Agorize account? Sign in with your existing email and password. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset option or contact the programme team.

Complete your Agorize profile
Check the personal details requested by Agorize and use the Edit links to fill in missing information or make corrections.

Create your participant profile
Open the Participation form tab and complete the short registration form. The platform uses standard field names; complete them as follows:
Name your application: Enter your full name.
Description: Introduce your business idea in 2–3 sentences: what you offer, who it is for, and the need it addresses.
Image: Upload your business logo or a cover image for your profile. This is optional but recommended (you can add it later).
Complete the remaining required fields and follow the instructions shown on the form to finish your registration.

Open your participant space
To return later, click My space in the top bar, then click directly on your name or application title to open your programme space.

Once your programme space is open, these tabs appear across the top.
Participation form
Complete your programme registration and view the forms made available by the organisers.
Workspace
Share files and work with your mentor using the tools available in your participant space.
Mentor/Admin
Contact your mentor and the programme team, or join a call when one is available.

Watch for announcements
Check the bell in the top bar for platform notifications, including messages and updates from the organisers.

Contact your mentor and the programme team
Once your mentor is assigned, open the Mentor/Admin tab to contact them or the programme administrators. Click Send to write a message, or Join when a call is available.

Find your monthly sessions and resources
The monthly pages bring together expert session information, recordings, slides, templates and practical tools. Start with the first month and follow the instructions on that page for the activity and its submission link.

Introduce yourself and join the discussion
Open View challenge to return to the programme pages, then select Discussion. Type your message in the box and click Post.
For your first post, share your name, where you come from, and one sentence about your business. Use the wall to exchange ideas and ask questions that may help other participants.
